The foundation takes its name and inspiration from two family members who shaped Fr3deR1cK's commitment to social justice, filmmaking as a medium for good, and his desire to use story to keep hope alive.
Frederick's beloved grandmother, Jaunita Jones, and his favorite uncle, Gerald Jones, both inspired young people as teachers in the public school systems in Chicago and Los Angeles.
He learned the power of sharing stories from them. Fr3deR1cK believes that if we share our stories well, we have a better chance of fostering understanding across cultural and political divides. And that telling these stories and listening to these stories gives us hope.

Create a wide variety of digital content that recognizes people come from different circumstances. Focus on projects to encourage the allotment of resources and opportunities needed to reach equal outcomes for everyone.
PRODUCE
Partner with government and NGOs, other foundations, corporations and educational institutions to create impactful videos and intervention media.
Consult
Support and enhance global video media & content creation and strategy for organizations.
CREATE
Make original social justice and awareness documentary projects.
SPONSOR
Act as a fiscal sponsor for social impact documentaries and films.
PRESENT
Offer interactive programs from Emmy Award winning director Fr3deR1cK to enhance DEI initiatives, motivate employees, students or staff with a fresh take.
BUILD
Sponsor training and internship opportunities for historically underrepresented groups to build toward more equity in the communications and production industries.
